Frequently Asked Questions
Data can be handed over to us via any one of the following channels:
(a) We will send you Xero templates for putting your data for sending back to us;
(b) You can export data in Excel or csv & send to us;
(c) You can let us remote your system to export data in Excel or csv
It usually take 2 -3 weeks including data conversion & reconciliation of trial balance reports between two systems.
For open / unsettled bills or invoices, they will be migrated to Purchase or Sales module at Awaiting Payment status. As such, you can later settle them in Xero. For closed / settled bills or invoices, only related journals will be migrated.
The related bills or invoices with unsettled amount will be migrated to Purchase or Sales module at Awaiting Payment status. As such, you can later settle them in Xero. For partial paid bills or invoices, only partial paid related journals will be migrated.
Inventory items will be converted into Xero as non-inventory items. After conversion, items will be tracked as stock & latest qty on hand are reflected. You shall then continue to sell or buy stock items in Xero.
